Warranty Limitations under Consumer Law
This warranty and its remedies are exclusive, replacing all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, statutory or implied, oral or written. Apple disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Where disclaimers aren't allowed, hubz Power limits warranties to this warranty's duration and provided services.

What's Covered by This Warranty?
hubz Power warrants hubz-branded hardware and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 or 24 months as defined in the specific product purchase from the original retail purchase date by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"), when used normally as per published guidelines.

Not Covered by This Warranty?
This warranty excludes non-hubz branded hardware or software, whether packaged with hubz hardware or not. Contact respective manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers for their warranties. This warranty also excludes damage from third-party components, accidents, misuse, alterations, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs.

hubz Power may limit warranty service to the device's original selling country.

Warranty Service Options.
hubz Power offers parts and services based on eligibility. DIY parts and service invalidates warranty. International service may vary; users are responsible for associated costs and legal compliance.

Exclusions and Limitations.
This warranty does not cover non-quality related issues, items from unauthorized resellers, purchases without valid proof, refunded or expired warranty items, misuse, unauthorized modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, compatibility issues with unauthorized parts, lost or stolen items, or free products.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service.
hubz Power does not offer global warranties; warranty services are only available at designated repair centers. Customers may receive cross-regional repairs at an extra cost, subject to part availability and specific product support. However, cross-regional replacements for different product versions are not offered. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and related fees for cross-regional repairs.

Valid Proof of Purchase and Warranty Registration.
Provide a purchase order number from hubzpower.com or a sales invoice/email with product details.

Return Material Authorization (RMA) Process.
Contact hubz Power Customer Service for RMA at service@huzpower.com (English service only). Eligible items will receive prepaid shipping labels for returns with return instructions.

Replacement Process.
If eligible for replacement, hubz Power will arrange delivery within 30 business days after receiving the defective item. Replacement warranty coverage matches the remaining period of the original item's warranty.

Limitation of Liability.
hubz Power isn't liable for direct, incidental, or consequential damages, except as required by law. This warranty doesn't affect statutory rights or liability for intentional or grossly negligent acts.This warranty's terms are final, and no modifications are authorized unless explicitly stated by hubz power. Illegal terms don't affect the remaining ones. This warranty is governed by the laws of the purchase country, hubz Power or its successor is the warrantor.
